Tried out the new branch in Coimbatore for my relative. The explained what the problem was; what the resolution is; how long before they start seeing the effects, etc. The scan and other relevant reports are shared to an Orthotist to confirm the findings which is reassuring. The discussion was never rushed and no pressure to buy at any point. Have placed the order which was not too costly or overpriced and waiting for the product. Pretty happy overall. ~ Biju D
